After School Nanny- NW10 (Mon-Fri)

Nanny required to look after 2 little boys, aged 3 & 8 (Driving License NOT Required).

This position is Monday-Friday. Hours: 3.00pm - 7.00pm.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years childcare experience.

This is a lovely part-time role with very hands-on parents. Both work full-time, therefore an extra pair of hands are needed to ensure the smooth-running of the household.

Some light nursery duties are required, but a housekeeper is in place to see to all deep cleaning tasks.

The client would appreciate any family cooking skills, but this would be a bonus and is not essential.

To qualify for this role, you must have a DBS check, First Aid and supporting references (Agency can arrange a DBS Check for you).

Candidates who are available for immediate start would be preferred, however a temp Nanny can be arranged should you be in a role and have a notice-period.

Responsibilities

  • Picking boys up from school/nursery and taking them to any after-school clubs (driving license not required)
  • Ensuring they have school bags and any sports kit etc prepared the night before
  • Ad hoc tasks, such as taking children to doctors/dentists appointments (overtime paid)
  • Keeping bedrooms tidy and organised
  • Overseeing weekly linen change (Housekeeper will provide linen)
  • Children’s laundry
  • Assisting with homework
  • Children’s diary
  • Occasional errand running

  • Relevant experience with similar age groups
  • Professional yet easy-going approach
  • Relaxed and capable nature
  • Candidates must be highly-organised
  • Enhanced DBS check (Agency can arrange this for you)
  • First Aid Certificate
  • A minimum of 3 years childcare experience (in private household or Nursery environments)
  • Supporting references
