Chef ~ Puglia, Italy

Experienced Sous Chef required for a stunning seasonal 40 bedroom hotel restaurant, based on the beautiful Southern coastline of Puglia in Italy.
Applicants must speak fluent Italian and be confident with pasta & pastry.
As an individual, you must be highly-organised in all aspects of the kitchen.

€2000 per month (plus accomodation, flights, board & access to all facilities on-site)

  • The Sous Chef will cover the Head Chefs day off
  • Breakfast ~ 7am – 10am
  • Plenty of time for pool/beach
  • Dinner ~ 6pm – 10pm on average
  • One day off per week (access to all hotel facilities)

Key qualifying criteria

  • Candidate must speak fluent Italian
  • Must have worked in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment
  • Have knowledge of traditional Apulian cuisine
  • Have excellent pasta & pastry skills
  • Be a fun team-player
  • DBS Check (Talent can process this for you if needed)
  • Valid passport
  • Supporting references
  • Availability for the whole summer season
