Personal Assistant- St James’s

Exceptional opportunity for an experienced PA to join an exclusive Family Office in St James's. This is a great role for a capable, proactive and organised team-player.

Usual office hours are Mon-Fri 9am-6pm.
Salary negotiable for ideal candidate.

To be suitable for this role, you must have/be:

1) Previous experience with UHNW clients
2) Strong diary management skills
3) Be familiar with extensive and ever-changing travel bookings (hotels, restaurants, private jets/heli, holiday itineraries, visa’s)
4) Liaise with additional staff~ inc family office, trainers, pilots & household staff etc.

Up to £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per annum

Duties include

  • Working closely and alongside the existing Exec Assistant who supports two main Principal’s
  • Helping to share the workload with Senior Exec Assistant.
  • Running personal errands for the family; personal shopping, restaurant reservations, appointments, etc.
  • Booking travel and running errands for the entourage and family friends. Good knowledge of private air travel – jets and helicopters.
  • Liaising with accounts team in Monaco regarding invoices, payments and expenses.
  • Completing monthly credit card expenses for the CIO and team
  • Some general PA duties for the CIO, including arranging meetings and dealing with his travel needs.
  • Liaising with Butler and Chef regarding lunches in the office and any requirements for the private residences.
  • Welcoming visitors to the office, teas and coffees, etc.

Office Management:

  • Ensuring all IT and phone equipment is running smoothly
  • Managing newspaper and magazine subscriptions, weekly Ocado delivery
  • Liaising with building management
  • Ordering stationery and equipment for the office
  • Ensuring that the extremely high standards are maintained throughout the office space

  • You will be privy to highly-confidential and sensitive information- absolute discretion expected.
  • Immaculately presented with good communication skills
  • Resilient and confident when liaising at a high-level with UHNWIs and their associates
  • Flexible approach to working hours
  • Attention to detail is paramount
  • DBS check required
  • NDA in place at final interview stage
