Top level Private Chef required for a two week booking in Portugal.
Applicants must be highly experienced and able to work independently and without direction.
The client is a passionate foodie and enjoys a variety of cuisine, from formal dinners to delicious poolside BBQ's.

£300.00-£350.00 per day
Temporary Live-In

The daily rate for this booking is competitive as the client is looking for an outstanding candidate who will cook for herself and family over the two week trip.

You are free to source exceptional produce from local suppliers to ensure sensational ingredients are incorporated into the daily menu. Fish & Seafood, quality cuts & steaks and exceptional fruit & vegetables are readily available. The family are very familiar with the area and the villa staff will point you in the right direction of local markets & suppliers.

Applicants must be professional in manner and immaculately presented at all times. A clean kitchen is essential as are organised accounts/expenses.

We expect this role to be filled very quickly, therefore Chefs are encouraged to apply by July 15th at the very latest.

All applicants must provide an updated CV, Food Photos, Candidate photo & a DBS check (this can be processed by the agency in time for the booking if you do not yet hold one).


  • Menu planning
  • Shopping/provisioning~ using local suppliers to source the best ingredients available
  • Accounts
  • Ensuring an immaculate personal appearance & kitchen/workspace at all times
  • Working as a team with additional villa staff (housekeeping, driver etc)
  • Creating sensational dishes, whether they be simple and well executed, or more elaborate/fine dining

Key qualifying criteria

  • A substantial level of Private Chef experience
  • A professional approach ~ experience in UHNW setups is essential
  • Well presented & confident to engage with the Principal & Family
  • Have a wide repertoire of dishes (classic French, Mediterranean are favourites of the client)
  • DBS check
  • Available for all dates 28th July ~ 11th August (Chef will work all days throughout the 2 week booking)
  • The Chef will invoice the client directly at a rate of £300-£350 gross per day
