TALENT ~ Recruitment Consultant

TALENT are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join the team.
To apply for the role you must have either recruitment or relevant industry experience (PA, superyacht or lifestyle concierge experience ideal)

Interviews will be starting immediately with final stages taking place Wednesday 31st July.


  • Candidate interviews & registrations
  • Job spec writing
  • CV sourcing
  • Liaising with clients & executing a tailored search for each role
  • Hosting first stage interviews on behalf of the client when required
  • Processing invoices to accounts
  • Use of CRM system
  • Attending client meetings on site

Key qualifying criteria

  • It is essential that all applicants have relevant experience
  • Industry knowledge (private staff recruitment/family office/HNW household experience, superyacht experience)
  • IT & Admin ability
  • Strong communication skills & able to keep a cool head under pressure
  • Process & target driven
  • Organised & structured approach
  • Well-presented
  • Flexibility to conduct your duties outside of office hours (Mon-Fri 9.30-6)
  • Checkable references & DBS check
  • Strong command of English (essential for job description writing etc)
  • Confident team-player
