Team PA / Admin Assistant

Contract role available for a minimum of 9-12 months (TBC). Should you evolve within your role during this period, a permanent position within the team may be offered to you.

Up to £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per annum
St James's Park, London

Team PA/Admin Assistant required for boutique agency based in St James’s Park. You will be joining a young team within the offices of a busy start-up incubator environment.

Within your role, you will be required to provide admin support to the team, additional to front of house duties.


  • CV formatting
  • Meeting and greeting candidates and clients- assisting them to complete any relevant paperwork
  • Managing the main inbox, forwarding any enquiries and applications to Consultants
  • Diary management/Booking candidate registration interviews
  • Answering phones/taking messages/fielding calls
  • Managing all social media platforms
  • Liaising with CRB/DBS check provider
  • Handle a small number of accounts
  • Operating in-house GDPR procedures – in line with data protection law (training provided)
  • Hours – Monday-Friday 09.00-18.00

Key qualifying criteria

  • Previous experience within an Admin role and/or training (Such as Pitman/Oxford Media & Business School or similar)
  • Easy-going yet professional temperament
  • Calm under pressure
  • Confident when multi-tasking
  • Highly organised
  • Able to prioritise
  • Attention to detail
  • Confident phone manner
  • Open minded to evolve within the business should your initial placement be successful
